I don't want it to be girlie and I don't want it to be too much of a bachelor pad. It's not massive though so I doubt 'll fuck it up too much.

my house features grey and green quite a lot
they are good colours. Don't overdo the green though. use it as accents.

grey is a great colour for walls and stuff though. My bathroom and bedroom are both painted grey, although they are different greys

if you can find some decent grey tiles
I looked at a load when I did my bathroom, and didn't find any particularly nice ones, but then i was look for black

my bathroom is part black tiles, part yellowy-sandstone coloured tiles, grey walls and oak, with white suite and stuff.

Looks nice.
