I usually do,but only because they scare me. But this one was stopped, not even lights on. And decided to start up when I was almost under his window. Stupid.
I've decided I prefer my safety than the laws. That's why I don't wait at the front at junctions anymore, specially if I'm turning right, and just go to the end of the queue, on the right side of the road, and take it at my own pace.
