Just take time to think before reacting.Might be worth speaking to Mark as well see what he thinks. But you know your role and the company best. Do whatever will work out best for you. Would it be a bad move to say look I appreciate you're concerned with this issue however I think I have a solution and would like you to continue showing the faith in me you have so far and let me do my job.
