Vodafone, apparently went out of stock after I ordered it but before the credit check was completed.
Which is fair enough, what isn't fair enough is that I emailed them on the 17th and they didn't come back with an answer until this morning.

I'm with them
I have found the talk plan and packages to be good but the customer service is pretty much abysmal across the board. Nothing is simple with them. Apple man fixed my phone in minutes this morning I was impressed.

Just do a timeline of what happened in ridiculous detail
and say twatty things like "needless to say this was extremly disapointed" or "this was incredibly inconvinient for me"
