surely that is more of a problem with their upbringing or education thoughyour hypothetical girl perhaps shouldn't have got pregnant twice by the time she is 19, but that's no reason to force her to have the kids, or to carry them to term and give them up for adoption
side note: it appears I care and have an opinion on more stuff than I thought.
