Hmm...self-righteous but a little apprehensiveI've just posted the letter of complaint I mentioned this morning. Having popped it in the letterbox, I've got that sneaking suspicion that there's an embarrassing typo in it. More importantly, I wonder whether it's too indignant now that I've calmed down since Friday. But I was livid at the time, so perhaps it's alright.
