I did have a happy childhoodstrongest memories are probably of my mum cooking, and despite my dad being stressed a lot from work, and not a lot of fun much of the time, I remember him best either at the helm of a boat, or doing woodwork.
in fact, my strongest memory of my dad is him being on fire after a garden bonfire went awry.
