I paused The Who to investigate that and wasn't disappointed.
That should give a rough indication of its goodness.

They are one of my favourite bands of all time.

They're one of those bands whose name I'd heard banded about but never actually got round to listening to any of their stuff
So much obliged. It's very educational, having you on this board.

I am here to help.

Must admit, I'm not a massive fan of the Who
But the duet they did with Kelly Jones on 'Substitute' was fucking superb.

I take it you're not a fan?

Can't say I am.
In fact, I'd go as far as to say it's an insult to the raw simplicity of the original.

hahaha I thought I'd leave it to you, sir.

'I Can See for Miles'
is the second-best British psychedelic single of all time, if you ask me.

'Defecting Grey' by The Pretty Things is the best.

Ironic for a band that never really 'did' psychedelic
Just looking up that Pretty Things song...I like it, but my vote still goes to Miles. (Not that my opinion is at all biased in this matter)
