I had a blue1986 mini mayfair. I actually cried when I had to sell her - was an awesome car but sadly needed far too much work doing to keep it on the road. Sold to someone in Stoke as a project car - she'd bought one for her son and kept nicking it because it was fun to drive, so bought one for herself and her husband to do up. I hope it's still pootling along, somewhere.

my friends mini had a switch on the dashWhich turned the brake lights on
He enjoyed flicking this on when people were tailing him and accelerate at the same time
