I honestly think it's a game to a lot of political journalists.wait for a policy announcement.
Read what other people have written
Pick the worst possible points from all of it
Either write a comment piece about it or aggressivly interview a minister
Keep pushing the story until there's a policy change
Write a scathing piece about how the policy change shows a lack of principle and leadership.
