That'll cost hundreds of millions of pounds to monitorwhich is basically a waste for the tiny percentage it'll affect.

YepIt couldn't be all good that we pay taxes straight away from our salaries every month. In Spain you pay taxes per house, at the end of the year, which has a lot of bad things, but at least you can tell how much each house has.
However, if the father or mother is single or widow, then that should be taken into account, and it's quite easy to monitor.
