It's the Proceeds of Crime Actwhere after the guy is convicted and sentenced for his fraud they then do a POCA hearing to determine how many of his assets they can recover.
We've got a guy in for POCA at the moment who was convicted of counterfeit DVDs and benefit fraud to the tune of £200k. His POCA is worth £10k because he's spent it all.
