A key thing about weight loss is not to beat yourself up if you put a little back on. Understand why, resolve to change your habits and make sure you do. If you berate yourself there's a chance you'll turn to food for comfort and make things worse.
I need the sunshine I thought was coming today. Anyway, what curry did you have? I like picking new things off the menu because I'm almost immune to chilli and everything tastes great anyway.

So I always order mine extra mild. I had something like Lamb alloo balti or something.
That comfort food is my problem. I do the diet very well, I know how to eat properly, I lose weight. Then, I have a bad day or I go on holidays and I eat like a proper pig.
It's sunny here, and very pretty. I'm looking forward to MK.

It's so unfair! I ate healthy for, like, a whole WEEK. AND I cycled to work 3 out of 5 days, and I didn't lose two stone and instantly develop a washboard stomach, and it HURT.
Pizza takes the pain away.

So I eat 5, then save 4 for lunch the next day. Or 6:3 if I'm starving.

I buy them in Tesco's or Sainsbury's and split one in 3 meals, with plenty of salad on the side. Still relatively healthy done like that.

But then you do the same for 4 weeks and you stop losing weight. You keep exercising, you keep eating healthy, and you're still stuck forever, 12kg above your ideal weight.
Then I start eating pizza like a mad woman.

In my first 10 weeks I lost 15lb, then went back up 5lb and I've been stuck there ever since.
