If you don't then you won't keep your word and follow the plan. If you do, you are more likely to stick to the rules.

Mark offered to do it for me, but I know I'll lie to him about food and I'll get upset with him when he forces me to do work, so no, thanks, or by the time I finish the diet I won't want to marry him.

The last month I'm going to be in Tenerife, living with my parents, on holidays... I don't know how I'm going to go through it, as there are no personal trainers there, as far as I know.
I'll join the gym, but I know it's a problem of attitude, and I have no idea how to change it.
