Word to the wise:
Beef dripping has pretty much the same effect as goose fat and is a meagre fraction of the price, due to it not being fashionable amongst 4x4-driving organic twats who actually listen to what Nigella Lawson says as opposed to just watching her tits jiggle.

Good point, I get my goose fat for free from a mate otherwise I would use a combination of beef dripping and vegetable oil
