bloody knackering!
i did that for about 20 mins, then went to the gym for 90 mins, which turned into 2 hours because some stupid woman would NOT get off the threadclimber. then i walked to dinner and back. i am feeling very very sore and stiff!

dinner was a greek restaurant
we had... pitta and houmous and spicy feta dip, fava croquettes, lentil salad and vegetarian moussaka. it's the best restaurant ever!

a threadclimber is a bit like a treadmill except the rolling road bit splits in half and the two halves go up and down as if you were hiking up a hill. it's bloody exhausting.
