yes i get this a LOTi have one guy in particular who insists on really stingy tiny fixed fees, then calls me every 5 minutes and emails me 15 times a day. then he wonders why his bill is £3,500 not £350. but then if you ignore them, or say what you very rightly suggest, you are negligent!
