I'm doing this job that I like so much for another month, after that I'm gone at least until April. The client has hired another guy and wants me to teach him how to use this program.

Right. The program is easy to use, just read the userguide. But, to get the right results, you need to understand the plant and all the little tricks to make things work properly.

I've learnt those little tricks during 8 years of playing and fighting with this program, and I'm not happy about explaining him all of them. I'm good with it, and the client knows it, and wants to get all my experience in 1 month, and I don't like it.

I can teach him how to use the program, but I shouldn't be explaining him how to resolve every problem, or he'll learn the tricks but without knowing why it happens.

It makes me upset everytime he comes and asks.
