It's a hard life.
I think in learning how to handle booze I've finally learned how to handle the puff too. I've had an eighth for a month and I'm only half-way through it. Bizarre behaviour.

I've been working on my booze tolerance recently. I'd been mostly off it for a while and as such got terribly hammered at a couple of events. I've had build myself up again so I don't make a spectacle of myself.

since then my drinking got steadily less and less.

I had three or four pints over the evening
and just tea and water when we got in. I think that was the start of it all, to be honest. I was so pleased I didn't get fucked up and make a tit of myself I kinda followed that through to its natural conclusion.
