the fact that I'm the only one that cooks or cleans at my house. Ever. And I'm the only one that has bought food the last few weeks.
alt: I like The Inbetweeners, which isn't so well known here. And Parenthood, which is known well here but my friends don't really know what it is...more of a mum show I guess.

God I love that.
My favorite part was when they punched the fish.

*He's not my fucking friend*
EDIT: I'm surprised a lot of the show isn't 'lost in translation' over the pond.

NOT. MY. FUCKING. FRIEND.

Have you got a favourite episode?

(, Wed 27 Oct 2010, 15:59, Reply)
not sure, it's been so long since I've seen them
but the one where they're on the boat and punch the fish
that was probably the hardest I've ever laughed at anything in my life*
possible exaggeration

That was funny.
The most recent series wasn't anywhere near as funny.
(, Wed 27 Oct 2010, 16:04, Reply)
aw man, I haven't seen it
they only just played the first on BBC America around March/April

Still worth watching if there isn't a US equivelant.

(, Wed 27 Oct 2010, 16:10, Reply)
But I can't if it isn't on.

(, Wed 27 Oct 2010, 16:27, Reply)
What I mean, is to watch it when it IS on
But then, you knew what I meant didn't you?
(, Wed 27 Oct 2010, 16:31, Reply)
I think they're getting ready to air the US version of Skins soon

(, Wed 27 Oct 2010, 16:47, Reply)
Just stop cleaning then
and start charging them for food
(, Wed 27 Oct 2010, 15:52, Reply)
I can't. That's disgusting. Someone has to do it. I'd rather live in a clean house like a slave than in a dirty one like a slob.

(, Wed 27 Oct 2010, 15:53, Reply)
Try talking to them about it
they probably don't like living in a mess either, but are just taking the easy solution
(, Wed 27 Oct 2010, 15:54, Reply)
What she says ^

(, Wed 27 Oct 2010, 15:56, Reply)
yeah, the girl that owns the house has no problems whining and saying the carpet is ruined but she doesn't do shit to clean it
or to try to make the girl that ruined it clean it
"the girl" being our other roommate, not me
(, Wed 27 Oct 2010, 15:56, Reply)
oh, she works in KFC btw, so there's a trail of God only knows what that goes up the stairs and leads to her room
including muddy paw prints from her dog
I don't go upstairs so I don't touch them.
(, Wed 27 Oct 2010, 15:59, Reply)
Would you not be able to move?
Or does the free chicken that gets brought home make up for the lack of housework by the others?
(, Wed 27 Oct 2010, 16:03, Reply)
it's the best I can afford
I love living there
just hate being the only one to do anything

and she doesn't bring any home, the bitch
(, Wed 27 Oct 2010, 16:06, Reply)
Stab her in the eye with a pencil
Until she agrees to sort you out with a few free buckets of chicken.

Does she smell of fried chicken?
(, Wed 27 Oct 2010, 16:11, Reply)
I know your pain all too well
Unfortunately, unless you say something to them, nothing will happen. At least, I never found a way to tidy a living room up with enough passive-aggression to give them the hint...
