There's loads on youtube
it seems to have quite a following

A cult favourite
I will see if I can track down a torrent later this evening. It did end up becoming a bit more 'knowing', flashier intro's, shorter sequences etc. When it was on initially, it felt a bit more sciencey, if that makes any sense.

Still brilliant though, and there should be a channel showing live earthviews, broadcasting 24 hours a day.

A while back there was a radio station that just played birdsong
that had quite a following

I was out on site with a guy from the Environment Agency a while back
got in his car to drive to another location and he put a CD on and was like "what do you think of this?"

it started out sounding like some really chilled out ambient dance stuff, I was waiting for the beat to come along when he said it was a CD of bat noises....

I'm not sure if that's cool or a little bit mental

he was a bit mental
now sadly deceased. some kind of aneurysm, in his late 30s, very outdoorsy healthy guy.

That is sad
and a good enough reason for me to sit on my arse and play Fallout New Vegas all weekend (instead of doing some exercise)

Good man!
I've just got to The Strip, having taken a wrong turn into Deathclaw Rapeville.

I'm playing it for the first time tonight
I actually feel the same twinge of excitement I had as a kid when someone leant me a new Amiga game at school and I couldn't wait to get home.

If you loved FO3, you'll love this
It's not without bugs, and it can be difficult in parts, but it's awesome fun!
(, Wed 27 Oct 2010, 17:08, Reply)
I did love FO3
but I probably wont play on hardcore mode (for the first playthrough anyway)

If I remember rightly, it was a test signal used by Classic FM
It was basically a series of field recording, recorded in a field by the sound of it. Pretty relaxing stuff actually, better than the advert strewn shite that it currently pumps up.

Yup, that's it
you're a wealth of information aren't you!
