best friend's baby's first birthday party tomorrow.

i was supposed to have personal trainer tonight, forgot all about her, stood her up, argh. i feel terrible as she waited at the gym for ages... anyway then driving up north tonight, party tomorrow day then drinking in cheshire tomorrow night, sunday lunch with dad then back to work on sunday evening.

instead i am still sitting on the sofa in a t-shirt trying to be arsed to face the m40/m6 at this time!
