I really don't care for dessert wine at all.
It's far too sweet.

I'd have probably requested a coffee rather than the port too.

haha we had coffee/mints as well as port
I went for both :(

I like dessert wine in small quantities. We always have the same Brown Brothers one here, not the fellows stuff

Sounds like a lovely evening.
Does this happen often?
(, Mon 1 Nov 2010, 23:02, Reply)
depends how often you sign up for stuff
guest night on a friday has similar quality food, costs about £12 and there is always the odd subject or tutor dinner going

Twelve quid for that sort of nose-bag sounds like a steal.
Get involved!

It's pretty good
food on a normal night is about £3.50 and usually decent- 2nd Monday for example is breadcrumbed fried brie with cranberry sauce, steak and chocolate cake

You couldn't cook that for that price.
Forget everything I've said about cooking and shoppoing and do that instead.

we have the best food in Oxford
apparantly anyway.

Well fuck the dried pasta and jacket spuds.
Eat there instead!
(, Mon 1 Nov 2010, 23:27, Reply)
I have to remember to sign up
though you are right I should eat there more often
(, Mon 1 Nov 2010, 23:28, Reply)
