Certainly a divisive one this, isn't it?I remember having some tuna tataki (sp?) a while back - sizeable chunk of tuna with square cross-section, rolled in crushed black pepper and briefly seared so the outside 1/4" was cooked and the interior raw, served with a vinegary dressing.
It was faaaaaabulous (no homo).
