My dad used to play Queen's Greatest Hits on repeat because I liked the Flash Gordon song.
Court-appointed visits in the 80s were shit.

Still, sometimes he played Zeppelin and that was brillo.

I think they did a good job on the Flash Gordon soundtrack.
A perfect fit with the overblown camp of the film itself. Ditto Highlander.

If I'm honest I just like the 'Freddie Mercury had a party with dwarves walking round with trays of cocaine strapped to their heads' story. I don't care if it's true or not.

Ah, highlander OST is *legendary*
Apparently, these stories are true. That'll do for me!

'Bloke down the pub told me'
I was most fortunate in my musical schooling. Little Richard, Chuck Berry...all the surf bands, Hendrix, Jefferson Airplane...

My mother likes utter shit, if she liked someone, they were guaranteed bent every time. Joan pissing Baez, Simon and Gayfunkel: bollocks. She used to make musical decisions based on whether they looked like they'd washed or not. Buck's Fizz were OK (nice and clean), reggae legend Boris Gardner = shit because he was sweating on Top of the Pops.
