My office is stifling in the summer and freezing in the winter. Not to mention the dirt, metal crap everywhere and my boss farts in the office.

That would be fine
if you were on the move all the time, but sitting in an office you really need it to be about 21°C.

13 if you are moving, 17 if you aren't. That's stupid. I could barely move my fingers to type.
