are you looking for the jewellery online or in shops?

I even went to the bead shop to see if I could make something that matches, but nothing took my fancy. I've seen a lovely necklace in Accessorize, but it's 1) not very 'me' and 2) bloody expensive for what it is.

so expensive for everything. All the nice scarves in there are about twenty five pounds

the girly girl in me does a little glee every time I go in, and the grumpy northerner (not so much 'in' me as pretty much 'the rest of me') picks up the pretty things, looks at the prices and fucks off sharpish.

I like clothes but anything floral/pretty/floaty just makes me look like a 5 year old tub of lard

I've started trying on stuff that I wouldn't normally wear, and some of it suits me surprisingly well. I usually either look like butter wouldn't melt or feel incredibly stupid though!
And you're not fat AT ALL.

but I have started buying more 'nice' stuff for when I can be bothered to make the effort - much of which is dresses! Jumper dresses and boots in winter, mmmm.

I have three or four jumper dresses which are pretty much interchangable, and some boots which get a lot of wear. They're so easy to just stick on. I do love winter
