I'd go withIndian followed by chinese.
I rarely get a takeout pizza.

Birmingham is the spiritual home of british curryI tend to eat out at indians, but rarely get takeaway - not least because there is a freaking awesome indian restaurant about 90 seconds from my front door, but it doesn't do takeout.
Pizza - all pizza toppings and bases are good. Meat is good, fish is bad. Pineapple is a good and worthy topping. Pizza of choice tends to be ham, mushroom and pineapple or double pepperoni double cheese.
