Yes. It's a lot more exciting
and with big responsabilities. And if we don't do something like going to Chile now, we'll never do it. There'll always be time to go back to London.

Even if they offered the job to Mark in Madrid, I'd go for Madrid too. Salary and conditions are very good and I'll love a bit of sunshine and Spanish style life for a bit :)

So, do you think you made the right decision, now that things have cooled down a little?

Well then, it's not such a big decision
if you know you'll take the job if they offer it on terms you're willing to accept (ie, Mark can come too) so don't stress yourself out! :)
To be honest, I'm still not sure I've made the right decision. But it's made now, so... *shrugs*

Yes, you're right
The jobs they offer my in Madrid and London are very different, and choosing one or another will define my future career. The one in Madrid is moving towards management; the one in London towards creativity. I'd prefer the creativity one, but I think I'll do ok with the management if I get sunshine.

Are you keeping in touch? Do you know how he's doing?

Well, in every career
management is something you will probably eventually have to do, and if you have to do it earlier rather than later, but in a place like Chile, well... I think I'd cope with it!
I spoke to him on the phone last night - he sounded like crap and I felt terrible. We are going to see Harry Potter tomorrow though, so I guess we'll see how it goes.

Good luck!
I hope he doesn't get too clingy, but if you think you feel something for him when you see him again, would you consider going back, or was it too bad when you were together?

Mmm, I don't know
See, I love him, he's a lovely bloke...but I'm not *in* love with him. That didn't change in the 2-3 months before we broke up, so why would it change if we got back together? I don't know. I'll just have to wait and see how I feel.
