I think thatcan be safely lumped in with Classics and thus exempted.
I sat through my poetry lectures in an excruciating vice with one arm being my desire to pass the course in favour of my overall degree and the other being my near overwhelming desire to tell them exactly what I thought.
Tried doing this in one essay. It was well-reasoned and argued. It was failed because of "content inappropriate for the subject" ie they didn't like me saying poetry was crap.
