I don't ever have to work from homein fact, working in a lab makes that kind of difficult. I am still at work now, however, and frequently have to come in early/stay late/come at weekends to check or start experiments etc.
However since they don't give a fuck what I do as long as I get my work done it seems fair - certainly I'd rather have the flexibility to feck off home early or go to the pub for lunch as and when I feel like it than work 9-5.
