This is a question Advice from Old People

Sometimes, just sometimes, old people say something worth listening to. Ok, so it's like picking the needle out of a whole haystack of mis-remembered war stories, but those gems should be celebrated.

Tell us something worthwhile an old-type person has told you.

Note, we're leaving the definition of old up to you, you smooth-skinned youngsters.

Can anyone tell me
Why, if I have a nap during the day, I always wake up with freezing cold feet, even if they were warm to begin with?

This has actually been bugging me for ages

Yay for afternoon naps.
Sorry, can't answer your question.

It's all to do with
circulation. And the fact that it slows. And the fact that I disappeared from scene 3!

*is still upset about that*

edit - the scene 3 mystery has been solved, i'm not upset now.

My feet are cold all the time
but if I have a nap, I wake up frozen all over.

I suspect you're not
clicking 'I like this' on enough pictures of kittens. Cold feet can be an early sign of freezing of the heart.

Simple really!
Your house is on a slope (assuming you're not napping at work).

Try sleeping the other way up to see if you head gets cold, or alternatively turn 90 degrees and see if you roll down the bed / fall off the sofa.
