Ouch!A friend was once given a biopsy by a sleep-deprived junior doctor.
They needed a sample of his colon, so inserted the long bendy jaws-on-the-end thingy, located the suspect area and... he shot through the ceiling. Doctor had forgotten to administer any anaesthetic.

And, yes, given how relatively simple the male genitals are it's amazing how many women get it wrong. Some folk say that a firm tug on the nuts juuust prior to the vinegar strokes will bring about a lengthier orgasm but mine are quite long enough, thank you very much.
Also I've never gained much pleasure from having my scrotum licked and nuzzled. It's just not rich enough in nerve-endings.
