Ouch!A friend was once given a biopsy by a sleep-deprived junior doctor.
They needed a sample of his colon, so inserted the long bendy jaws-on-the-end thingy, located the suspect area and... he shot through the ceiling. Doctor had forgotten to administer any anaesthetic.

Aged about 5....Jumped backwards off the two foot high front wall outside my Grandma's house. Didn't go backwards far enough, just straight down, so my mons pubis met the corner of a brick with a lot more force than should ever be applied.
Yep, a large pointy stone hit me where the good Lord split me.
