Ah, you misunderstand
What I mean is the people who blame everything and everyone but themselves.

I know a few people who are fat, but they still remain happy and dont mope around because they're fat, and they don't say its something other than they eat to much.

I also accept it can be hard for people to lose weight, but I also believe it is never impossible for them to not lose weight.
