NO. 1 -This my biggest pet hate. Annoying little shits - it makes my blood boil so much that I would say something to them if there weren't a strong possiblity that i'd be knifed for my troubles. Nobody wants to listen to their crappy music and they should be ejected from the bus/train/tram. Bring back conductors I say!
