Sky is fine as long as nothing goes wrong for you at any time.
But should a gnat fart somewhere in the vicinity of your 'service' and you need to get it sorted out... You. Are. Fucked.

It took 7 months just trying to migrate from Orange. Sky messed up my account by having two payplans on it which causes a massive fail.
Nobody at Sky had any ability to fix this, despite assurances - I have no idea how many phonecalls I had to make to India but the whole experience was genuinely horrific.

I eventually left in dispair and I now have wizzy Fast.co.uk internets... (English based and English speaking, technically able staff)yay! it IS possible to do it!
