which deals with the theme of "What happened to 'Crazy'?"

You can't legislate against loonies. Maybe it's bad parenting, maybe they were actually born with a dodgy circuit somewhere in the billions of connections that make up a human brain. But the media can't just go "Well, he was a fucking loony , that's all there is to it, go about your business now we've cleaned up the blood."
