I hear you brotherthey posted me a broadband router...but then no-one thought it would be a good idea to tell me that they'd tried. so it sat in the post office for TEN FUCKING DAYS. and then the wireless wouldn't work.
and i have to be in front of my computer to get tech help. I'm working 10/11 hour days at the moment, 6 days a week...do you think I want to come home and then phone those retards and get "tech support"??? bah
