...snapping at someone who took about 5 minutes at an ATM (massive queuem everyone looking angry) with the remark "what the fuck are you doing, printing your own?". I felt like an arsehole a few minutes later but at the time I felt it was well justified. If people piss you off or get in your way, tell them so. If they're bigger than you, tell them very nicely :-P otherwise they'll never learn.
