99% of the time, a reboot fixes it (c'mon it is windows after all).

If the problem was on the mainframe then they are complete fucktards for suggesting you reboot your PC.

I hate people like that, when i get a problem i do my best to investigate, and fix the problem. Then educate the user as to how to prevent it in the future.

99% of helldesk's are not like me :(
