You need to watch movies with different people.
I don't think I am a chauvinist or anything like that, I don't go whistling at girls or anything, but I love walking a girlfriend (or even girl friend) home. Probably there is a little bit of wanting to feel important in there, but in truth a girl is way more likely to get mugged or something like that if she is alone.
