People who turn on their park lights when its raining or dim light. WTF? Do you think you are saving power or something? They are barely visible. They are called park lights for a reason. Good work for trying to make yourself more visible to other vehicles in sub-optimal conditions, but for goodness sakes please dont do half a job of it.
