Right. So let me get this straight. I need to visit my branch on the other side of London that I didn't bother moving away from because at the time you told me there was absolutely no point in doing so and that everything can be done over the phone these days.

So why for the love of great shuddering fuck are you now telling me that i need to go to my branch?
