"Oh snap!"Where I live (California) when a person says "Oh snap!" it's a sarcastic exclamation... Saying "Oh, shit!" is when you're serious; saying "Oh snap!" is when you're joking or being sarcastic. I've never heard it used to mean "me, too."
It's rapidly falling out of fashion, though. It's now only allowable if you're using it ironically to highlight how uncool something is. Slang changes so quickly...
