That "King of Bongo" thingy
That was by Manu Chao. He's huge here, even though he's released two almost identical albums of BOLLOCKS. He's quite well liked in South America as well I'm told. He was ok in Mano Negra, sort of. But there is much worse. I remember reading somewhere that french music is as good as british wine, which is spot on I suppose.
