You ACTUALLY littered. You failed to place your cig butt in the bin or receptacle that it should have been placed into. You may wish to be careful with the whole "it was on private property so fuck the system" - at my last employment the punishment for being seen leaving a fag butt anywhere other than the designated ashtray was a written warning.
Then you were rude to the guy whilst he was simply doing his job, I fail to see how wearing a cctv for protection and to gather evidence is indicative of a persons sexuality.
And then you lied to him about being able to produce ID which you eventually had to show him thus despite the fact that you think 'won' the situation you really lost. And had to pay a fine. Sucked in to you.
