Premonitions
When I was 14 I had a really scary dream about being run over. A few days later, as I gently bounced off the front of a volvo who seemed incapable of indicating, I found this vaguely reassuring.
Last week 'emadex' managed to respond to this weeks question a good five days ahead of time, so it would only be courteous to ask: What spooky premonitions have you had?

BS Detector - Sorry in advance about the length.
People who believe in past life regression usually say they were "Princess Cleopatra" or "Caligula" - The flaw being that 3000 people couldnt have been the same person in a past life...
Similarly when people say they have had a premonition of a large scale event that has absolutely nothing to do with them except picquing some moral outrage, it usually means its BS IMHO. No offence.
Think hard... Is it actually sleep cognitive premonition or did you hear it on your radio alarm clock before you woke up properly?
I'm not discounting any one story (Hey hows that for non-commital) but I'm awfully sceptical (Good thing when U run a paranormal society) as I've seen thousands of these.
However... I am more inclined to believe you can have a premonition about stubbing your toe or impending personal doom.
Is it a stretch to believe that part of our brain connected to the bit which controls the "Not getting killed" gland is able to see round the curvature of the universe?
Bollocks?
Hell Yeah!
Dont mean to sound whiney and preachy, but I will ;)
BTW I also apologise if you feel this post may impinge on any personal feelings you have for dearly departed loved ones. I mean no disrespect. Thanks
