Section 8 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 states:No person shall intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided in the interests of health, safety or welfare in pursuance of any of the relevant statutory provisions.
Sounded like fun though.

Objection!There was quite obviously a fire at the base of the building, and he in possession of fire-fighting equipment expeditiously despatched the gear to those within the extinguishers working radius of the blaze.
