Relief
Last week, I thought we'd run over and killed something. After steeling myself to get out and find the body of somebody's beloved pet, I found we'd squished a bin bag. When has something turned out not as grim as you first thought?

Phew
I thought I'd deleted the entire mailing database.
Turns out all I had done was change the first line of every single address to '1, Bum Street, Fartville'.

I nulled a column in our production database.
Managed to get it back with some join wizardry though.
Also accidentally submitted something on our customers live system, and hastily removed it at 5.25pm on a Friday. Driving home, I realized if i'd missed something I could've ended up fucking the system into a tinker's bucket. I was relieved to get in after the weekend to find out it was fine.
I now use colour schemes to determine what environment I'm on.
